With the Tellpass you can reach the above-mentioned destinations cheaply and easily by public transport. It is available at the reception.

Conditions
Overnight guests are welcome; please select the desired dates in our booking system. Your reservation becomes binding upon receipt of your deposit. The deposit is between CHF 200 and CHF 300 depending on the rate booked and must be paid within 5 days. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled without notice.
Final payment
The balance is due no later than 45 days before arrival.

Annulation
You have to cancel your holiday? Please send us a message about your cancellation by fax or email immediately.
Following cancellation costs will be charged:

We recommend to take out insurance policy.
Arrival
Check-in between 16:00 and 18:00 on the day of arrival. Later arrivals by arrangement. The keys are handed on site, in exceptional cases the keys are deposited in the key safe. Vehicle and luggage deposit possible earlier on request.
Cash deposit
A refundable cash deposit of CHF 300 is required upon arrival.
Journey by car
We have prepared a detailed information sheet with all instructions for you (see: Location). Please check the local road and snow conditions, especially in the winter half-year. You will find the latest information on the internet, e.g by Touring Club Switzerland (TCS).
Journey by public transport
The easiest way to get to Emmetten is by railway (SBB) via Lucerne to Stans. There you take the bus (PostAuto) to Emmetten. The current timetable is available by Swiss Federal Railways (SBB). On request we offer a free shuttle service between the bus stop in Emmetten and our flats.
During your holiday
If there should occur any defect or problem during your stay in Emmetten, you may reach us every day between 08.00 a.m.-08.00 p.m. You will find our phone contacts in the documentation in the flat. We will do everything in our power to satisfy you again.
Return of flat and homeward journey
Please return the keys at the latest 10.00 a.m on the departure day. The flat has to be left in a well-swept condition. The cleaning fee will be collected with the rental invoice. The cleaning will be done by the lessor. However the oven and dirty crockery has to be cleaned by the hirer. If you like to deposit your baggage and car longer than 10:00 a.m., please advise us in advance.
