Your reservation becomes binding upon receipt of your deposit. The deposit is CHF 300 and must be paid within 5 days. Otherwise the reservation will be deleted without notification.
The balance is due no later than 45 days before arrival.

The holiday flat will be ready for you on your arrival day between 04:00 p.m. and 06:00 p.m. Later arrivals must be notified at the time of booking. The keys will be delivered by the lessor, in exceptional cases they have to be collected at the local tourist information (please mind opening hours). You may deposit your car and baggage earlier – if you wish to, please advise us in advance.
A refundable cash deposit of CHF 300 is required upon arrival.
We have prepared a detailed information sheet with all instructions for you (see: Location). Please check the local road and snow conditions, especially in the winter half-year. You will find the latest information on the internet, e.g by Touring Club Switzerland (TCS).
The easiest way to get to Emmetten is by railway (SBB) via Lucerne to Stans. There you take the bus (PostAuto) to Emmetten. The current timetable is available by Swiss Federal Railways (SBB). On request we offer a free shuttle service between the bus stop in Emmetten and our flats.
If there should occur any defect or problem during your stay in Emmetten, you may reach us every day between 08.00 a.m.-08.00 p.m. You will find our phone contacts in the documentation in the flat. We will do everything in our power to satisfy you again.
Please return the keys at the latest 10.00 a.m on the departure day. The flat has to be left in a well-swept condition. The cleaning fee will be collected with the rental invoice. The cleaning will be done by the lessor. However the oven and dirty crockery has to be cleaned by the hirer. If you like to deposit your baggage and car longer than 10:00 a.m., please advise us in advance.
